Budget3 is a personal budget planning tool. It helps you organize your income, financial commitments and transfers, and view projections based on information you enter yourself.

Budget3 does not connect to any bank account, does not perform transactions, does not move money and does not read bank transactions. All transfers are scheduled by you, with your financial institution.

Budget3 provides no financial, investment, tax, legal or accounting advice. Results, projections and suggested amounts are calculations based solely on the data you enter.

The financial decisions you make remain yours. For a complex situation, consult a qualified professional.

You must be at least 14 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity performed from your account.

You can sign in with email and password, a magic link, or a third-party provider (Google, Apple). In the latter case, only basic profile information (name, email address, picture) is received.

The Service is currently offered free of charge. Budget3 is under continuous development: features may be added, changed or removed.

If a paid offering is ever introduced, it will be announced in advance and will never apply retroactively without your explicit consent.

You agree not to: bypass or attempt to bypass security measures; access other people's data; use the Service for unlawful purposes; overload it through automated means; or copy, resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.

Your budget data belongs to you. Budget3 does not sell it and does not share it for commercial purposes. The processing of your personal information is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

The Budget3 name, logo, interface, website content and application code remain the property of Budget3. No rights are transferred to you other than a personal, non-exclusive right to use the Service.

The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of error-free or uninterrupted availability. Interruptions, maintenance windows or data loss are possible.

To the extent permitted by law, Budget3 cannot be held liable for indirect damages, financial losses, bank fees, overdrafts, penalties or decisions made from using the Service. Nothing in these terms removes the rights granted to you as a consumer under Québec law.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile or by writing to [email protected]. Deletion erases your budget data, subject to technical backup delays.

Budget3 may suspend an account in case of abusive or unlawful use.

These terms may change. The update date appears at the top of this page. For significant changes, reasonable notice will be given to registered users.

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute falls under the courts of the judicial district of the user's residence in Québec.
